Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before installing or using any applications provided by ShopFlowTools ("we", "us", or "our") on the Shopify App Store. By using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account and App Installation

To use our Apps, you must have an active Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account, credentials, and all actions taken under your store's session within our Apps.

2. Services and Pricing

We provide bulk order fulfillment and other merchant productivity tools. The current services, features, and pricing tiers are detailed on our official website (shopflowtools.com) and the Shopify App Store listing.

• Billing: All subscriptions and one-time charges are processed securely through Shopify's official Billing API. Charges will appear directly on your Shopify invoice.
• Plan Limits: If your store exceeds the monthly limits of your selected plan, your access to certain features may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher tier.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, change subscription fees, or adjust plan limits. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice inside the App or via email before any fee changes take effect.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws. You must not upload any malicious code, viruses, or spam files through our interfaces.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, branding, logos, and UI elements used in our Apps are the exclusive property of ShopFlowTools. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our Apps without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPS WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA FORMATTING ERRORS IN YOUR CSV FILES OR ANY DISPUTES RESULTING FROM CARRIER ASSIGNMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPFLOWTOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

You can terminate your agreement with us at any time by simply uninstalling our Apps from your Shopify Admin panel. Upon uninstallation, we will automatically deactivate your account and delete your access tokens within 48 hours.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Riga, Latvia.
